American Girl Places (AGP) are stores where the full line of American Girl dolls, clothes and accessories can be purchased directly, instead of through a catalog. The first store debuted in Chicago, followed by one in New York, and a third in Los Angeles in 2006. In addition to displays for each historical doll and large Just Like You sections, the stores have a café, theatre, doll hair salon, a drop-off doll hospital, photo studio, and other doll accessory centers.
